"Don't Just Believe for Revival, Become Revival.
Jeremiah Guendoo has travelled extensively with his family as an itinerant minister, ministering nationally and internationally in churches, conferences, and special services. Often, he has ministered in what is called "Revival Services". This is a service with a special emphasis on experiencing the power of God through miracles, wonders, and signs. One of Jeremiah Guendoo's favorite things to study are the revival's and revivalist's of days past. Revival's such as the book of Acts, Azusa Street, the Welsh Revival, or the Arroyo Seco revival. Revivalist's such as Charles Finney, William Seymour, Smith Wigglesworth, A.D. Urshan, or Billy Cole.
But with this, there was a frustration that developed within him. All to often, the people of God wait for that special service or speaker to attempt to get their touch from God. People would get a temporary injection of "revival", but go back to live in the same bondage they had been living in. Not only this, but it seemed to often that many would relish in the experience that past generations had, but these same experiences were not being replicated in our day and age.
With this, God moved on his heart to start a nonprofit ministry, "Revival Ethos Inc."
Some have defined Revival as, " A rebirth of the manifest power of God, the spiritual rejuvenation of the saints, and the restoration of divine vitality within the church". Ethos is defined as, "The core spirit and guiding beliefs that shape identity and drive. The character and mindset of a person, or group of people".
With this in mind, it is this ministry's goal to equip people to have the ethos of revival, and become a living embodiment of it.
